Lost Treasure: A Brush Script Font for Creative Branding Projects

I was halfway through designing a brand identity for a new boutique when I stumbled upon Lost Treasure, a brush script font that instantly caught my eye. The rounded letterforms and smooth baseline made it feel both elegant and approachable — the kind of font that could easily carry the tone of a small, handcrafted business.

Lost Treasure for Café Branding and Inviting Visual Identity

As I worked on the café concept, I wanted something that felt warm and welcoming. Lost Treasure became my go-to for the logo mockups. Its soft curves and natural flow gave the brand a sense of comfort, which aligned perfectly with the café’s mission to be a cozy spot for locals. I tested it on the shop sign mockup and found that it read well from a distance while still feeling personal and handwritten.

Using Lost Treasure in the menu headers helped create visual hierarchy without being overwhelming. It worked best as a display font, paired with a clean sans serif for body text. This combination allowed the branding to stay professional yet charming, a perfect balance for a small but aspirational café.

Lost Treasure in Packaging Design and Product Labels

When moving into packaging design, I used Lost Treasure for product labels and promotional stickers. The font's charm translated well onto physical materials, making each item feel like a little piece of art. It added character to coffee bags, specialty drink labels, and even the café’s branded napkins.

I also experimented with using Lost Treasure on the back of the packaging for short-form text like “Handcrafted in Portland” or “Sustainably Sourced.” It brought a sense of authenticity that resonated with the target audience.

Lost Treasure for Social Media Graphics and Digital Marketing

For the café’s Instagram posts and Facebook ads, I needed a font that would stand out but still feel cohesive with the overall brand. Lost Treasure fit the bill perfectly. I used it in the headlines of promotional posts, such as “New Menu Drop” and “Weekend Brunch Specials.” The font’s personality helped draw attention and sparked engagement from followers.

On the website, I placed Lost Treasure in the hero section above the call-to-action button. It created a friendly, inviting tone that encouraged visitors to explore the site further. I paired it with a modern sans serif for the supporting text, ensuring readability wasn’t compromised.

Lost Treasure in Print Materials and Business Cards

The café also needed printed marketing materials, so I tested Lost Treasure on flyers and business cards. On the flyer, it worked well as a headline for events like “Coffee & Craft Workshop,” and its rounded forms gave the material an artistic flair. For the business cards, I used it in the name section, which made the card feel more personal and memorable.

I noticed that Lost Treasure performed well on different paper stocks, from glossy to matte. It didn’t lose its appeal regardless of the texture, which was a bonus for print work.

Lost Treasure for Editorial Design and Website Headers

In another project, I used Lost Treasure for a blog about handmade skincare products. The font worked beautifully in the header sections of articles, especially for titles like “The Art of Natural Skincare” or “How to Make Your Own Lip Balm.” It added a touch of elegance without overpowering the content.

On the website, I used Lost Treasure in the navigation bar and for feature headings. It provided a consistent look across the site, reinforcing the brand’s aesthetic. I also made sure to test it on mobile devices to ensure it scaled well and remained legible at smaller sizes.

Lost Treasure in Brand Guidelines and Font Pairing

When creating brand guidelines, I included Lost Treasure as the primary display font. I recommended pairing it with a clean sans serif like Helvetica Neue for body text to maintain a balanced and professional appearance. This font pairing ensured that the brand looked polished in both digital and print formats.

I also checked the font’s alternates and ligatures to see if they could enhance the typography in specific areas. While not essential, these features gave me more flexibility when designing logos or custom illustrations.

Overall, Lost Treasure proved to be a versatile tool in my creative process. Whether it was for a café, a skincare brand, or a blog, this brush script font brought a unique charm that elevated the design. If you're looking for a Fonts solution that adds personality to your Promo materials, Lost Treasure is definitely worth considering.
